Subject: Rotary Club Website - FTP Setup & File Transfer InstructionsHi Mike:
I've attached the customized instructions on how to download the FTP
Explorer (if you need them) and how to FTP (transfer) your Newsletter
and
Membership Directory files to the website.
<<SCrotary-FTPinst.pdf>>
UPON RECEIVING THESE INSTRUCTIONS or after you've had a chance to look
them
over, PLEASE CALL ME so I can explain them a bit. They look like a
"book,"
but the process isn't too difficult after everything's set up. Also, I
can
walk you through how to save the Newsletter and Membership Directory for
the
website.
Thank you and I'll talk to you soon.

NOTE: REMEMBER to also copy the image files (if there are any) included in HTML

notify Marco’s IS Department (phone: 800.892.8548 or e-mail:
foofighters@marconet.com) and ask them to “Publish the Rotary Club of St. Cloud’s
website up to the live server.” When this has been done, a Marco IS administrator will call or
e-mail you verification that this has been done and your changes are “live” out on the World
Wide Web.
